I like nothing at all. The only thing i like was their confidence while they were making fake promises to employees.

Dislikes

No job security, no working culture, no proper pay scheme, no salary if you won't complete the Target even at your initial days.

Worthless, horrible bosses, never bothered about the work some teachers are giving..... Only happy with the ones who does not work other than oiling the boss

They are very happy if you never ask for salary..... The school stands with teachers but here its totally different.... The nonteaching staffs are given spl priority.... They get huge salary if more than the principal..... Suddenly changed the name from Mother International to Kalyani Public school..... We 12 teachers who worked seriously were sacked.... Saying they are closing the school due to shortage of fund.... After a while started running it with a new name

Worthless school with 3grade management, poor salary that too never received in time

I lost 10yrs of my beautiful life by spending in the school with minimum no of good students .Advice is not send your children to that school It will shut down within this or next year..

All the teachers at The MIS work for the betterment of the children. Our each step, each new project is keeping children in mind. It's connected to the Shri Aurobindo Delhi Ashram and the greenery here is unbeatable. You will be transported into a different world. People are caring and loving (except a few, which I believe is a case everywhere).

Dislikes

Saturdays are working, which gets really tiring.

Likes

A good school to work at, as a Teacher, in a small town like Upleta. The CEO Mr. Rajendrasinh Jhala is himself a Psychology expert with a broad vision aimed at holistic development of children. In fact, in the years to come this school can become one of the best schools in the entire Rajkot district and also in Saurashtra.
