...me worst . They're working like Lala company where no one had any job threats...salary was not coming on time . Long working hours . Autocratic approach while taking decisions.. no growth

The company selected store place is good.

...tate head or India head is visit store. Not proper training given toh staff. Other things salary, incriment wise very good. But while promotion it is very difficult it you are good with your areamanager so you will be promoted otherwise your designation never change.

I love the fact I am a part of the team that the process of the company is too reliable. TMS is in a retail sales where they have to satisfy our customer in any manner like after sale service, prices, product authencity etc. I believe in mobile retail industry The Mobile store is best as off now. Also I felt as a entrepreneur over working there as I can work any where either at office or home.

Company is decent, but appraisal part was not satisfactory

This company is a good policy and suitable offers to given respected customers. Their is good rule and regulations for employes.Friendly nature in all team members of company.

All are better but variety of model not available in store.

Have worked for 6 months only and they shutdown the operations. Very bad experience also no plan for state heads to shift in other vertical. Only HOD's shifted in other vertical

Worst organized format ever seen in my career.
