Plz don't teach as it's dictated by a tyranny who will force you to join meditation and pay for it too..they will openly shout at u and will never let u take a leave till u don't die. Join at your own risk.

The atmosphere is good .I love the fact that I am a part of the MOURYA school . I also like if the school will open in Delhi.

Salary is good but I spent a lot of money in traveling. The work pressure is high.principal do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I did many assembly in school but she mostly unnoticed me

Many teachers let go or asked to work on 50% salary. Specially one which are not permanent with CBSE. Only 10% teachers are permanent and rest are temp who can let go anytime. In short they didn’t support at all during COVID time , most of schools following same practices though against Govt order but who will bell the cat.

Favouritism , expecting to say YES to all orders and school heads who think they are running business that education center.

Principal if the school is soo arrogant nd illiterate she gives instructions to teachers not to bother about kids nd their parents... She is just a gold digger... I also have a kid .. plz don't send your child in this school, this is only money making business... Your child will not b a wiser human here

The working environment of The Maurya School is good and supportive. Administration is multi-tiered and well organized. HOS , Vice Principal and coordinators are very well versed with school mechanism. Maurya is a place where a skilled teacher has autonomy and work satisfaction both.
