Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... Mukherji is the most pethatic person to work with,he is totally a fraud person. He did not give salary after working for a month and giving them revenue. When asked him several times to pay salary he didn't respond then later blocked the number. Never trust this person. I am going to take legal action against the owners and the management.

...!! They treat their employees like a slave, too much work with no job security..!! Worst thing is they don't give salary till 20th day of the next month..!! And when employees left the company after working in notice period they don't even get the salary..!! This company is a cheater who don't care about it's employees, even in your worst days don't choose this company.. Your precious time won't be given importance, and you'll have to beg for your salary..Choose wisely
