...work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are vey low compare to other company and they give good salary and bonus every year and covid time give extra salary

There is lot of politics and the superior problem

I have learnt a lot and had experienced with empolyees but they doesnt allow me to learn further keep discouraging

Politics no coodination with employees infrastructure is poor and no hike no encouragement

...ees It's a 40 years kingdom so we are learning and working as a professional Yearly salary hike is great and bonus for the employees and sweets gifts all are great The company taking care more on the employees so I love the company and I am learning alot on this team mates are supportive and a green environment with garden lawn and mainly the morning birds .... I am a computer engineer but I have learnt a lot on pharma industry and the building structure machinary exports and utility through The Madras Pharmaceutical .

The senior staffs are discouraging juniors and having ego if we have finished higher degree than them. So much of back talks and intentional work alertments and employee doing a contract labours work . So much of politics

They gives us full support and we maintained all the safety rules during covid 19 and the working during covid was like a race for us

Sometimes they pressure more than enough pressure to achieve the goals
