No personal life, the director can call you whenever he feels like it. No job security, you can get fired even for a silly mistake or not even making a mistake like boss has the right to fire you if you deny to work on Sunday. Well as the boss barks at you for committing a small mistake or the no mistake. He just pours his frustration out on his employees.
