No job security, you can get fired even for a silly mistake or not even making a mistake like boss has the right to fire you if you deny to work on Sunday. Well as the boss barks at you for committing a small mistake or the no mistake. He just pours his frustration out on his employees.

Learning opportunities, if one is focussed to grow in career by honing different skills, this is the place you can explore and grow in a way you can't even imagine. The owners are like family and I worked almost for 4 years in Kolkata with them and has been a great experience in content.

Team politics. Some people join and play only politics as the owners are busy getting business. There is no effective middle managers but you growing to middle management is a great opportunity.
