Dislikes

Too much of dictatorship. Not open to ideas/suggestions. True potential will go underutilised and unrecognised. Biased and unsupportive. Processes and SOPs are not well defined, are subject to change as per one’s hold/power. Team is not empowered at all.

I like the DOHR Mr. Khaja Bhaduri is very nice gental men. Good motivator, Ms. Twinkel & Ms. Ritika both are very good HR's

Dislikes

I dislike Ms. Yashmita very rude behavior and childish behavior as been Asst. HR Traning Manager very shame full. If i tell you been working in HR os OJT which you have to work in HR Department only. But i did not like when they force you to work in other department in F&B Service. as tell you the OJT person is only here to learn HR not to use in other department works.

Very Good platform for Learning and skill Development,Good for Fresher but this time from last two three months doing job in this company is very difficult

There is No career Growth option Because And I didn't show any promotion most and shocking step by company was they call some employee in HR and Give him resigne letter without any warning and reason and termination done in one day Over all there policy is not good for third party companies they change company contract every time how can a employee do work without payment My experience from last two three month is very bad as a employee .How can SOMEONE tell His employee I eat your job and And ( Jina Haram Kar dunga ) really terrible word from a high level company employee this my Worst experience of life ( specially Last two three month) If you are new joining in this company please be care full from his self-respect and about career
