Indecisive & confused leadership, unsupportive and biased decision making, Zero learning of any kind, No careerpath or advancement, Lazy and sycophants enjoy, hardworking suffer, differential treatment and face to face policies, one man dictatorship, none to hear grievances.

Excellent green campus with ample gardens surrounding the workplace.

Dislikes

A out and out incapable Director, a callous, nonchallant lethargic Registrar inculcating an unproductive and spoiled work culture. Irregular attendence none come is time, Faculty and Staff remain absconding during duty time and management overlooks like a foolish sheep. Registrar misuses the limited resources to maximise her benefits and ease of work and the incapable indecisive Director helplessly remains sycophant to his own subordinate Registrar. Director himself is an escapist, irresponsible, shirks responsibility and kills time.
