...mmates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria , gym facilities for employees. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worked there for long time but no satisfaction interns of Salary being a Assistant Restaurant Manager I have got month end salary only 20000 with no extra benifits only but in competitive hotels the salary was more than 30000 + extra benifits. I was not satisfied hence left this industry.

The company give the chance to equally to everyone and department teammates are very helpful and create a working environment. Specially thanks to department supervisor and manager who they always support me and guide me and also stand for me and my decision. I am very glad , I was the part of that company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I had to worked 14-16 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals.

...a lot in terms of cultural diversity , work-life balance and scope for learning. Employees feel a strong sense of Job security and belongingness but appraisals are seldom made and Pay hike resonates more like a dream.

The staff is very friendly, part of the management is supportive atlease for the area which I worked.

Dislikes

... the work you do. Always the person who doesn't have any efforts is appreciated. No benefits on salary. No increments. Food was pathetic.
