Very Poor Culture, Branch Manager is very Third Class person Company Head Managers Not supported in Employee is very Bad condition in Kothari wheels Fev Days company in shut Down Becouse Management is very very 😞 I am Dislike for this company 1 Akurdi Branch Manager change becouse he is very bad person,he is not talking knowledge and Not handle company.

In multicar maintenance workshop lots of things to know and many times it is challenging job when first time problem occure . How to handle customer , how to manage spares and how to face problems came in todays modern vehicles. Overall i am enjoying and satisfied that faced and trying to do challenging jobs in many cases.
