Nothing good about this company. It is known as a UK company but actually this company is run from a office in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. No staff's working here can speak proper English. No proper management. They treat the Indian employees like a slave. They will make you work all 7 days a week in different shifts and pay you very poorly.

...rice is very high. Working time is also not fixed. Employee treatment very poor. Salary very bad. The CEO does not care about this company management. Avoid working in this company.

Nothing. This is a worst company run by a group of unqualified people.

Very poor management. Poor salary. Lot of pressure. Run by a group of unqualified people who have no idea what they are doing. Very poor treatment of trainers. Shift timing is very bad for trainers. Indian staffs are treated like bonded labours. You will be made to work day and night without any rest. No benefits, no HR policies, no mediclaim, no paid leave, no complaint handling, no management. Overpriced courses selling without any quality. Avoid this company totally.

Toxic managers, toxicity on peak, no breaks only 30 mins breaks, no cabs for us shift, full of dirty politics, incentives structure is not at all realistic and achievable, they ask to work on sat also even if you are working in night shift, politics is on peak really snd i left it just for that, the bengali managers were so toxic, no security at night shift only 18 people available at night without hr and security, no cameras were working at that time, hire and fire culture according to their mood, they asked to extend working hours to 2 hours more towards the mornings that means we worked there from 7 to morning 6.30 am. Etc etc

...hift will end up at 10.00 pm 4) every Friday login time is 9.00 am 5) only 2-2.30 pm lunch break 6) they will cut your basic pay for whatever reason they want 7) THEY WANT PEOPLE TO OBEY THEIR RULES - VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE 8) they will mention sat holiday, but min of 2 sat u have to work do for sure Those who think of career growth should not choose this company - Maybe people can work for 1 or 2 months for salary - as they mention some high package during interview - which is not going to be credited after 1 to 2 months NO GROWTH, NO APPRAISAL, NO INCENTIVES, NO LEAVES

...ile hiring they say it's 5 days working mon-Fri still call on every Saturday....no extra pay for that....fake and worst company....no professionalisme..... don't work here..waste of time...I am not adding the name also in resume.
