Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Unity and Togetherness between all colleagues.

Dislikes

Management differentiation. Comparing new teachers who maybe just a year or 2 old with the ones who have been working there for years expecting all to be at par. Everyone has negative and positive points in them so individual observation is important as well. Keep looking at negative overlooking positive will lead them nowhere. Right now itself they r short of staff for whatever reason.

Dislikes

A lot more is expected no matter even if the person is working in The Khaitan School for the first time. Expectations of all to be perfect is not fair.

It’s excellent education impartment techniques along with good teachers.

Dislikes

The authorities have changed the principal director and other teachers which do not able to bring back those facilities and excellence that this school used to have. School is in deteriorating condition as forced resignation has been taken from teachers as I hv seen in one of the recent YouTube videos.
