Very good work culture and work life balance is maintained properly. Being the biggest developer in Noida and having large scale development project JAL leaves ample oportunity to learn and gather work experience ...with huge project and ample no of experienced professionals, partners and with diversified sectors JAL really create a big show...

Overall everything is good like Management, work culture, team members are very supportive. The company's policies are satisfactory but everyone is looked upon separately for their promotion and there is no job security as well.

The management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...as well as juniors are so much cooperative and learning also in execution field. Company management is nice, they increase the salary package as per performance of individual every year. I would again like to join the group as and when i got the chance once again.

In this company the main drawback which i noticed is the support to subcontractors by the senior level authorities who byepass site management directly in favour of contractors. Rest is fine in JP

•Salary delays. •Zero work-Life balance you have to work on Sunday too. •Culture is really bad too, you will be judged and also employees will pass comments constantly. Company will interfere in your personal life.
