Good and helping seniors. Managing Directors often come to the company sites for direct interaction to the employees, which is a good thing.

Very hectic work culture and too poor work life balance with too low salary.

...as well as juniors are so much cooperative and learning also in execution field. Company management is nice, they increase the salary package as per performance of individual every year. I would again like to join the group as and when i got the chance once again.

In this company the main drawback which i noticed is the support to subcontractors by the senior level authorities who byepass site management directly in favour of contractors. Rest is fine in JP

Company is good but need many improvements e.g. there is no employee wellfare, annual increment is very low, management is highly aged even 60 yrs+ persons are working. Less chance for youngesters.

work environment is fine and salary always came into account on time ,you get the facility and compensation for traveling,

career is not good as the overage employee are already working from a long time and they did not like the young employee to move forward.
