The inclusive culture. Everybody has a voice most of the time. Management is understanding and takes care of their staff.

Dislikes

There are some who takes advantage of the liniency of the management. Some staff are in the system for too long without any progress and these are unhappy staff without wanting to change or learn and they are like bad apples in the cart. Very toxic.

Overall staff food good.but as a company food not good.if you do add some green vegetables in food may be good food.sorry for this manner this is my request

Working environment is so good and the place is always happening and the staff are so cooperative would always love to work with the Irish House....even the office staff are so cooperative... specially Mr Glenn from HR....

This is the worst company anyone can think about.6percent increements.No promotions for 5 years.You would be dumped work of 3 people.Cheao and ill mannered bosses.Lots of illegal transactions.
