...his product selling.. Becz they are charging 50% fees in 5 days of admission. 3) Salary in not on time, always comes till 15th but HR said it will come to 10th only. Proper date is not fix. And also 10% deduction every month on your salary against TDS. 4) Salary slip are not providing. 5) Management is not supporting in they way of solutions but they are expecting business on every time to time.

There is nothing in the company,there is no job security.Only the name of Balaji telefilm is the option to promote,else nothing.

Every thing here is to be disliked,if a individual don't have job security,then how he/she will work.Company will hire 100± employee just like u to do a job of telecaller and after a month ur job is in risk.Be careful.

I have no words... Because I don't have any point to dislike anything at ice Balaji Telefilms, I had worked in Patna center from January 2018 to June 2019, I had learnt lots of things from this place, and I am willing to work again and again with this firm, even i want to join Delhi or Mumbai ice balaji telefilms, I want to work with #ice_balajitelefilms team again. As Event Head or In management work.. Hope so the central head office call me once again to f2f meetings soon..
