I get my salary on time probably it will be 29th or 30th of every month. They will Reimburse every bill like DA TA and others. The organization is oldest one and having good exposure in hyderabad

Dislikes

The top management in sales department is not upto that he don't have sense of marketing and branding. The salary of employee is not upto market standard and the incentive which they have promised give to employee every alternate year. They have 11 University but only hyderabad campus is good and some are average and few are below average. People are not much more aware about ICFAI even they have not heard the names of that organization this will make you realize that it's very tough in branding and marketing. .... You will not get any support from management end while doing marketing and outreach.

Its Like if you have to survive cut throat of your colleage, no proper CRMs leads are common anybody can jump on your converted leads and misguide the students against you. horrible work culture. Very Bad management nothing like workbalance.

This company I joined was a complete mess.I joined in the year 2014.I was initially told by an agent that I get to counsel people here.Even during interview by this company icfai I was told the same.Instead all I had to do was convince people to come to the office to join the business school and do the MBA.The co workers were a ghastly nightmare where they spoke foul language.Also not very secure for a girl the atmosphere there.The manager and the co workers were very horrid to work with.I left it within few weeks of joining.

There is no management or understanding amongst co workers.There is immense pressure to perform.No respect to the ones who work in that place.Indecent language is often used.They put down a person’s morale completely.They make pun of people.
