Company Fundamentals are very strong. Salary on time. Even in corona all the employees were paid on time. No layoff. No compromise in quality parameters of work is what I have seen on site & factory visit. Work timings are really convenient. Organisation is maintained as family.

Few changes expected in technology.

This company is very loyal with employees & salary & other compensation is small but time to time. Company is very stable. HO culture is nice.

Hardcore politics exist in this company (Specially in Pune Office) Culture & office is very old. No proper job responsibilities to employees. Work is very hectic due to bad politics. Lack of coordination.

...ny is very good to work. Management is taking care of their employees very well. In this pandemic situation, they had not even delayed 1 day in salary for the last 2 years. Really happy to work with IHP.

Pace of growth is very slow.Salary is not upto what standard reputed companies give .Annual hike is very less.No job training after joining.Remote location.No resources are provided like laptops.Too much centralised,every small decision are taken from head office.You can not negotiate on salary.
