I am working at The Crown IHCL SeleQtions Hotel at Bhubaneswar, Odidha from last 1.5 years. I am very happy working here. The staff, my team mates, my Boss, everyone is just amazing here. Working here doesn't feels like working, it feels like we are enjoying. Company's benefits to sn employee are the best in IHCL. The only thing i would like to mention is salary. Salary is too low, though, for freshers, salary doesn't matter much, but anyhow, money is the main cause we are working. So if they increases the wages, then this company will be the Perfect.

Good working environment ,supportive and friendly staffs ,training are good ,appraisals are nice .cafeteria food is very good ,

Working hours are not good if compared to salary ,proper weekly off should be provides .

If someone is looking for a flat graph then must join. Company is very good. Culture Depends on hotel to hotel

Salary structure is very bad. If you are married and if your are number 2 in department it will be hard to survive with pennies

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. during lockdown Management of taj Aravali Resort and Spa Udaipur Gives us half salary. I am work 2 year together with Taj Aravali but just because of politics before 2 day i am resigning my post

Only one thing is good that they provide meals to the employees. All my reviews are 100% true.

Dislikes

No growth, no salary hike, people don't value our education degree. No one cares about the knowledge. They are hiring in 15K salary and and expecting we will work like robot. Actually they have a strategy they hire people with less salary then they will force them to work like robot with no man power, employees somehow manage to survive 1 to 2 yrs after that they will give so that agai they can hire people in 15K good strategy of cost cutting.
