It a good old company with a very stable job I am working as a software Developer so my main tasks are related to feature development maintenance and enhancement work pressure is not that much.

Dislikes

As a product based company it have its pros and cons mainly the benifits apart from salary is bad. Also the co ordination accross the teams is messed up. So you might get frustrated.

As a media person, you seek an organisation where their editorial policies are not enforced upon your personal life and who are unbiased in reporting.

Dislikes

The corporate work culture is bad. Managerial skills are lacking. Overtimes are norm without any compensation .

The company environment of culture is good and I m happy be a part of this company also as new machine of modern technology has taken by company so lots of things has learned over here Management staff is cooperative and supportive so stay long time here.

Here compensation is less and growth is also not too good I worked hard to get best service from my side but not being appreciated so looking for best opportunities for good future

Company' financial department always delay my salary. When you work devotionaly for company and you are not getting your salary on time is very horrible. In 2017- September & October both month's I got the salary together on October month 2017. If one family depend on employee...how he can solve family's all financial needs. Example, home rent, light bill, (travel expenses & mobile recharge for online official work), gas, vegetables, food, dr, medical and other needs.

You work hard but you dont get salary on time.
