The senior management (CEO) is biased. He doesn't accept individuality and feeds his mind on rumors as well as back bitching. The Humsafar Trust has the potential to reach many of the LGBTQ+ community but the mindset of the senior leader of the vertical is not good. Doesnt respect the community people or the people working in her team. She treats them like they are her servants and screams at people with abusive language.
