While the company has a generally positive atmosphere, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. After being promoted to Team Leader, I was unexpectedly demoted within six months and often felt aside. I was excluded from key planning discussions, left to monitor my team while others collaborated behind closed doors. Despite reassurances of future promotions, the treatment I received felt demeaning and disrespectful. Ultimately, i chose to resign for my own well-being. Management should address these issues to to enhance employee morale and retention.

Overall everything is good. The company culture, management is very friendly. They offer competitive salary. 4 times meal is provided in the office to all the employees free of cost. All festivals are celebrated with employees.

Nothing. Simply wasted my valuable time with this company. They are just having executive level knowledge people as a team where they must train other recruiters or interns. First of all, the trainer must have proper data, relevant data which suits the vacant position. These people won't have it but expects to hire in bulk.
