...ver last year but in terms of increment is what we get is 4% or 5% currently am. Taking care of 80lakhs business what I am taking salary is 27k only seriously am disappointed on this

It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

All facilities available Company culture it's very superb Time to time pramotion Incentives,activity salary Himalaya is such a company where from time to time there is promotion, salary, activity, skills development, business development, self development etc. and if I have to join Himalaya company again, then I would like to join again

... all people are supportive and system is very hygiene management is transparent. Company policies are good salary incentive, training for employees motivetion program other also activities like improving skill, knowledge.

Company policies are good like appraisals but incentive given very late and some contest run by managment thats awards given too late.
