Nothing to like except infrastructure

No work life balance. The pay is very low. There is no job security. You can be asked anytime to give the resignation and not come from next day. Inexperienced coordinators always putting the blame on others. Hardly any teacher stays for more than a year.

The Heritage College is a spacious campus. Being a guest faculty, I don’t have to bother about other issues except taking classes.

Dislikes

Management offers poor pay scale Students do not attend classes properly. They are very arrogant to reply back to students.

... pressure on guest lecturer while the permanent teacher always in relaxing mood. Permanent teacher takes less classes and paid high salary (70-80k) while guest lecturer had to take more classes with very less salary (7-10k). The permanent teachers dont allow subordinate teachers to get promoted.

Timely salary (maximum by 10th of every month) even during the pandemic period

...you will be getting a tremendous hike after 5-6 months. But strictly its not so. The average range of salary is 18K per month. The organization have tremendous attrition rate and that's why no experienced teacher can stay in this organization for more than one year. Most of the teachers (more than 98%) in this organization are either freshers or who have joined as a fresher and are staying till date. Moreover the management is highly manipulative as they hire you by citing one specific type of job and after hiring giving you additional jobs recklessly. Hostel facility for male outstation teachers are terrible. This school is good only for freshers and local candidates, not for experienced/outstation faculty as the management gives no values to your experience and they also properly don't know the CBSE rules/by-laws as well.

...onment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. School policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
