Management is the most horrible I’ve seen till now. The place encourages se*ual predators to harass the female staff and use them for their games. Management knows how toxic the environment is but does nothing to change it. You’ll constantly be yelled at and blamed for your seniors mistakes.

There is nothing likeable as such about TGAA. Except for the PD session where you get to learn a lot. However, the team puts a mandate on the staff to rate and openly put positive reviews on such websites where others can see and get influenced which ethically is wrong.

- Low salary _ Bare minimum support _ Extreme nepotism and favouritism _ False promotion promises _ Underqualified / unqualified people at leadership _ No consequence provided to students _ Teachers used as a shield to protect the leadership from upset and angry parents. _ Admin & IT work also done by the academic team most of the times. _ Buttering and sweet talking the higher authority helps more in terms of promotion than working hard and your qualification. _ Leaders tend to shout at the people on the grassroots level . _ Fake reviews / reviews published by the staff . _ No work life balance _ Unsupportive leadership team. _ Extremely toxic work place politics.

There is Nothing good like that.their rules, the way of work is nonsense.Management lies a lot of with teachers.One day i was absent and someone from my class took my laptop charger, his money was also taken from my salary.

...out of a job in a single day without notice.The school's atmosphere is very bad. if you resign in the middel of the year, you will have to work without pay , giving three month noyice. Even when rule of low is also not correct. Iam giving my opinion here but i am not defaming anyone.

Its a good school that offers a comprehensive music curriculum and infrastructure to encourage young buddying musicians. The school encourages maximum participation in all co scholastic events and inter school competitions.

Dislikes

No Job Security at all. Hire and Fire Strategy. Top Management is least concerned with bottom level employees and Mid Management / Senior Management employees manipulate things and put across the table of Top Management. High level of unimaginable office politics and frequent firing out of people mentioning lack of funds. Kindly do not even consider this organisation even if you are fresher and looking for a Job.
