The company has a sustainable pace of work, workflows are organised around timelines and calendars making them optimal and manageable. Flexibility and work durations may depend on the employee level you are at, it is still decent. Office is a lush farm which is a big plus.

... is mostly pointless. Raising promotion requests is discouraged prior to a year. Make sure to land a satisfying package as you may not get a satisfying raise later.

It is a very design oriented company and really helpful if one is into designing or product development. The job security is good and you'll be given ample opportunities to prove your mettle in the organization. Your suggestions will be valued and you'll be given many opportunities to try your hand in different verticals if the business.

Dislikes

The salary compensation bus less than the industry average for junior and middle management unless you're a female, then the salary benefits and compensation can really play in your favor and be atleast 20-25% higher than the male counterparts. There is a very major discrimination among the team members depending upon the gender and salary brackets which is very demoralizing at times.

Managers did not provide salary as they said n dropping as well n no salary on time as they said to me during interview n the owner have lots of attitude

They are talkative nicely during interviews and in starting , after that management behaviour and policies are changed with you and with your job responsibilities.

Their is no job secure , totally non compliance company, lala type company culture

The Owner of the company is very claim. And staff is very cooperative and supportive. You can learn multiple things at a time.

Dislikes

Sort of politics are also there, if you are not good in catching things as early. So might be difficult you to survive. Because might be a chance that your senior can go straight away to the owner to talk about you.
