...management gave me a platform to be a good hr recruiter, not just a tale caller. The salary is good and you can earn a lot of incentives too. Employees don't leave this company easily, most of the team members were old-timers who have spent more than 5 years and are very happy and thriving.

The company offers unlimited leaves, but I was the only one who actually used them as paid leaves. There is no insurance or other benefits, and if we question the team lead or manager, that day becomes our last working day

The way employees are treated here is terrible. Today, she is a manager, but in a few months, she will be back to a recruiter—there is no proper recognition or stability.

No job security , they easily terminate employees even if they are performing well , they don't count efforts of the recruiter. Toxic work place. No gesture towards the recruiter. Not accept if someone putting there views regarding work they are just willing people will work on there terms.
