The work was good - as in, the matter to work on. Peers are cool. Annual appraisal on the mark. Very chilled-out environment, but it kinda gets noisy.

Dislikes

...t was the extensive working hours. Yeah, it's a production house, but big whoop. The compensation was just peanuts for food allowance (past 10pm). No extra compensation as such, irrespective of the endless number of hours that you put in. Also for me, my weekends started to be snatched which I couldn't deal with, Yeah, they say you'll get comp-offs to compensate, but I literally had to beg for it for days, weeks, months, even.

nothing here is likeable, its only for someone who just wants to add years of experience to their resume

Dislikes

the agency people are are very petty and childish in APM they are the worst. the designations are confusing and like a trap to on board experienced employees

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
