Don't join this organisation it's not a bank it is a torture.no payslips no leaves working hours 9:30to 8

There is a lot of politics and worst management ever I seen ..low salary no growth late working hours not applicable any HR ethics in this bank.

Bank ambience and customer service is excellent...and quite good.. training classes are conducted frequently.and more concerned about freshers ...collectively work will be handled and achieved better results for growth of bank by optimum utilisation of available resources...

I have to work for 12 hours and salary is low...reducing the staff which makes additional burden

Top management behaviour is not at all good with the employees, They harrass the employee in different ways and give transfers to anywhere without any prior intimation, They pressurise the employees even after resignation of employee they will not give employee benefits like gratuity leave encashment even an employee is eligible for it. I am the live example of it. I worked for this bank for 6 years as per rule am eligible for gratuity and leave encashment, when i ask them about it they harrass me and said they will not give any gratuity and leave encashment and go any where you want for complaint and said they look after my future if i do any thing not only me but also all the employees who resigned has same issue, i request yout to take necessary action against this on top management as top management is same since the bank come into existance, I request you to change the top management so that employees will get benefit and there is lot more things to say that i don't want to discuss, These are the least things which i mentioned. I did not mentioned these because i resigned i mentioned the reality. I hope you will take the necessary action and benefit the present working employees.

No growth. If u work more u will get more work..timepass workers always safeside..and those are get promoted...no time for personal life. More work timings..no value for hardworkers. Hardworked employees treated bad.you are terminated at any time if u are permanant or contract..money is important in life but time is more important in life..so choose bravely..
