Working conditions are deplorable. Noise levels are unhealthy same as working in an industrial factory. Cannot like it.

...odern slavery. Poor leadership and job specification doesn't necessarily match. Salary is not on time creating financial constraints in personal life. They take a huge deposit (a month salary). from your salary that you will never see it again. Poor on leave policy and you cannot fall sick in certain days as they penalise by taking extra days of pay. Pathetic stay back unnecessary obnoxious work Environment has lots to be desire to be joyous.

...the buttering ppl flourish in such atmosphere . DONT EVERE SERVE NOTICE Period . just leave this horrible place and join good school in less salary. which is fine. they wont pay you and will give you reliving documents. they will torcher you like hell. get your salary and move on. this not a place to work. they give false feedback to management . Parents say it has become old age home . very disappointing place . think million times to join this school.

...hile others did not pay the full salary whereas few schools did not pay on time. As for The Gaudium, each and every teacher and other department members, got the full salary on time every month, got the annual increment in the month of June 2020, also getting Rs, 500 every month for the internet since the month of March 2020. The teachers also got the Amazon gift voucher of Rs. 500 for Diwali. The teachers whose students secured a high percentage in Class 10 IGCSE and CBSE results in 2020, were also given Rs. 5000 for each student on Teachers' Day in September 2020 as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment. The Gaudium team is a good mix of people from different cultural backgrounds and all are very cooperative and collaborative. The overall atmosphere is very positive and there is a lot of scope for growth. It is a good learning experience for everyone. Certainly, a great place to work!

I have gained experience working as an IB teacher. Very less school could keep up with the salary during the pandemics and The Gaudium is one the schools. It could carry on with the salary and increment. Teachers also received on time salary + benefits like internet reimbursement.

Dislikes

This school has a pathetic work culture. They know nothing about management. They will make you do one work multiples time and it gets complicated just because they are unsure. You won't have personal life and can be called for anything anytime as we are working from home. 24 hours is not enough to work here. Plus you rarely gets appreciation for your work. Deadlines are only for the teachers, it can be modified and ignored as and when the management wants and everything will end up on you. It's not that all the other school is perfect, It's just that The Gudium will give you the worst experience.

No HR policies and practices. Horrible. Non Academic employees are treated as second hand citizens. They go by face value and not surface value. Bank more on what people fill the ears of management with negative feedback, without ratifying. They do not stick to their commitments. Never seen an institution worst than this. No exit interviews. Try to squeeze your F&F as much as they can or in some cases no F&F at all. People are sometimes threatened and compelled to leave.
