Overall its a good organization..They have good projects..Nice infrastructure...Self owned property...Provides Pick up & drop facility.

Dislikes

The worst part about TDG is the HR team & few old senior people (Who are their more then 10 years) who thinks its their own company & keep doing miss use of their authority. Just wanted to advice the upper management that please take care of new employees so that they can will focus more on work & less on Politics.

There is nothing which you can like, if you are a career orianted person

Dislikes

Late appraisals, no appreciation about work, no communication from senior. Policies are not fixed they get changed person to person.
