Not having growth mindset, HRMS product is very very outdated looks like college project based on vb.net not having the modern search option , UI and Ux is not user friendly people are not at all serious to upgrade the product as per the current market standards. Having lots of bug and payroll module is not here in hrms . So product and growth mindset people its not at all right one.

I got to work on the new technologies that are being used in ecosystem today. As it has many small project we get to explore more and trending technologies. Job security is very much followed here. Small team sizes and if you like small/medium scale companies then it is a good company to be in.

Dislikes

As there are mostly small projects, there is risk of project being pulled out by client due to cost cutting scenario so don't get much time into diving deeper into projects knowledge and technologies being used. In-depth knowledge and lack of participation on process improvement within the project as clients are too involved or controls the project completely.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Bad company culture especially the tenured people make it worse. Low quality maintenance projects, no scope for honing up skills. Delay in appraisals, fake promise of onsite opportunity, just to refrain an employee from resigning.

Good learning curve i received as fresher to software engineer

Less onsite opportunities...with very less pay to the existing onshore persons Tedious time clocking about clocking 8 hours inside the building or may count as half day
