The Management is very good encourages everyone to take up the responsibility and support the work individually. The opportunities to learn are amazing. Being a small team, the work life balance goes for a toss at times but there has been drastic improvements in that space over the last 3 months. The opportunities to learn are very high and the culture at the company is only one of its kind on the high with excellent job security.

Dislikes

The compensation structure can be improved along with better payslips and appraisal letters.

-No Work life Balance -No Reimbursement for client location (Stopped mid year) -Poor Top Management -CEO dictates the entire organization -They Make MBA graduate from tier 1 college do event management for their summit -Ceo Avoids Confrontation -No Middle Management. 2 middle manager for namesake -Cofounder are for namesake -Significant favoritism - Officially Saturday are not working, but they expect you to come - only 10 leave for the entire year (including sick leave) - if you stay in office till 8pm or work till 11 pm after you go home, you will be in their good books

There are good companies, average companies, bad companies & then The Digital Fifth. You could keep your mental health & brains back at home as you wont have the first and you wouldnt have to use the second while working with this company who's ambition is to be one of the top league players while their thoughts are still stuck in a box.

Dislikes

Nothing in fact if you dont value your life since here its a work-work balance that works out in balancing multiple projects. Depending on how well you align with one of the opportunistic bosses and how better you could make a fool of yourself and them, you'll progress ahead.
