Salary is at PAR as compared to other organizations but chances of promotion are very low. They should give promotion to the deserving people on the basis of experience n interview but they don't.

The most important thing I liked in Cosmos Bank Back Office Executive was the culture , the people over there were amaxing.

As i was working through a third party i was not the salary as per achievements

There are lots of things to learn.

Everything from the bank environment to appraisal and everything. Everyone is mean and they don't appraisals for 2-3 years even if they do they only increase 2-3%. IT payroll is just worse, I'd suggest don't ever join here.

1.Need to provide proper Guidelines & training about the financial products of the bank initially. 2.Loan sanction & Disbursment is very very pathetic & Delay process. 3.No proper responce from authorities intime. 4.salaries always in time 5.No job security. 6.More pressure on job.

Our Bank is always the best example of how to maintain customer as well as employees for any issues that ever come.

I don't think this is the right time to give any statement about this, as the whole world is going through covid-19, and our Bank is really taking the best measures by supporting our customers and employees.
