...lace. One person do 3 to 4 department work. Manpower is less & salary is not enough to pay. management is not work properly they don't understand what employee should want.

Overall experience is nice

Salary is at PAR as compared to other organizations but chances of promotion are very low. They should give promotion to the deserving people on the basis of experience n interview but they don't.

The most important thing I liked in Cosmos Bank Back Office Executive was the culture , the people over there were amaxing.

As i was working through a third party i was not the salary as per achievements

There are lots of things to learn.

Dislikes

Everything from the bank environment to appraisal and everything. Everyone is mean and they don't appraisals for 2-3 years even if they do they only increase 2-3%. IT payroll is just worse, I'd suggest don't ever join here.

No likes . Desk job . And let siting because your seniors came late at office and siting 9 hours complete for completing office hours. .so other employees are let sited for that reason . .old culture
