People who were working around me were good. But they fool people and there is no opportunity to enhance your skill there.

They fool people students about work and salary. They hired me through the campus placement and fooled me about the stipend and that I will get 15000 per month as being an intern but they were not giving me even 15 k .

They paid you if your target is completed or they will not pay even your base salary they just want revenue doesn't care about employees

Don't go to this workplace worst for beginners managers and team leaders micromanage you everyday asking for revenue each and every hour worst place to start your career and be aware of business operation role it's pure sales and they say it's not a sales but it's pure sales job with worst experience

Dislikes

No body gives response when you have a problem but when you don't perform everyone will sit on your table terrible management and terrible work environment , and these people will make you work on Sunday be aware of such fraud companies

Dislike everything about the company Your team leader will pressurise you to get sales every day and it is about e-learning. You have a team and you have to force students to take a e-learning course.

During this lockdown they are providing this opportunity to the youths is really a good step, overall they are pretty good in communication

Dislikes

They are not so much supportive as I expected, by working as a profile which is completely different from my profile it was been very tough to manage although I didn't got any much support they are just more concerned to their students who were good at these not who are there for learning.
