Work to Salary ratio is a joke at this company. You are paid so low, so please don't join this place for the money. The Boss often gives unclear and divisive instructions, and if you seek to clarify he assumes that you're unintelligent. He also frequently detracts on his own statements. The volume of work is huge and is subject to frequent edits which is fine, but with the meagre pay, it just isn't worth all the effort. There is no room to grow at this company, you can't do part time or moonlight either because of the long, strenuous work hours. The Boss on many occasions, complains about how Google is not showing his website first instead of giving feedback to our articles. Overall, the whole experience at this company was utterly negative for me.

...ing yourself. Also, he just does it to make himself feel better and superior. 3. He will hire you and promise to pay the agreed salary, but you'll soon be fired. 4. He will send you passive, aggressive texts and call you out for not being professional. But the truth is, he's the most unprofessional human being ever. He will expect you to do your work, even if your mother has died. 5. He will mentally harass you; when he's tired of doing that, he will have his bootlicker editor take the reigns. The list just goes on. He's so insecure that he'll try to find grammatical errors in this review. If you don't care about yourself or your mental health, apply to Cinemaholic. The CEO there will help you hate your life even more.

...eems like he might need some therapy. I quit after working there for 8 months Pay is low. And it’s almost an all week job including Sundays.

I joined Cinemaholic right after college. It was my first job. I am incredibly thankful to the team for giving me the opportunity when I was a nobody. Today, I am studying Law in London, but Cinemaholic provided me an amazing platform to express myself and hone my writing skills.

Dislikes

Five years ago, when I joined the company, it was still in its nascent stage. Even though I received my salary on time every month, I felt there were processes that hadn't been figured out. I am sure, today, all those issues have been taken care of.
