As a result, women's credibility on the entire company decreases.MD is a supporter of women, but some of these political habits are unknown to MD. If they think they will be found out, they will tell the people who are in big responsibility and threaten them. What I mean by this is that if any women are under depression and pressure from the people working with them, the MD should make a way to meet them directly or indirectly without any fear.
