Politics, no respect for nurses, too much work pressure, don't give proper salary, poor behavior of HR DEPARTMENT, TOO MUCH POLITICS, hostel for staff nurse is very bad, food is bad, there no facilities for staff nurses, there is no respect for staff nurse, they are forced you to work in your day off, they don't give you your pl, cl, sl, they force you to work extra 3 hours daily..

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are average. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling.

Dislikes

They don't provide good salary whereas other hospitals provide in this pandemic situation. They put a huge work pressure on nurses. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. The career growth is slow. There is worst condition in the pandemic situation sometimes you have to take 10 ICU patients allocation. This is honest review of mine as I had worked in that situation for 1 year.

...hour into office and some of them have to work on even on Sunday and late night. There is nothing to like in F&A department only timely salary credited.

Huge politics, No work life balance. There is labour union in both CMRI &BMB. I am saying this only for F&A department other departments are very good.

Supportive staff. Management is also supportive.

...y even don't have any degree, but getting huge salaries at the end of the month. Salary structure is not good at all. Being a manager I'm getting less salary than my juniors.
