There is lot of politics and the management don't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

It's been year sins I joined so I don't have any idea about promotion and there was a time where we had to do budget cut I almost loose my job so job security is little hard

Recently I left my job because of the work environment is toxic and managers behavior is not in good manner and no support for new employee they treat new comers rudely no one can survive in that vibe.

I am fortunate to work in such a good organization,i have gain ample amount of knowledge regarding system,sales,inward,outward...we work as a team & contribute positively to the team...!!!!

For learning and for personal growth it is a good platform to work with.

No value of individual work , even manager never appreciate for your achievements . Sometimes , I have to work for Saturday and Sunday and we get no compensatory off for that. No professionalism among the management . They could hire or fire anyone they want at any time. Appraisal they give are very bad.
