If you're not outsourced or assigned any projects (which is very rare in the company) you will get fired or forced to resign without any notice period. And the Internal politics is terrible, and it is hard to get projects if you're not a people pleaser. Mostly they will try to outsource you, and if you're outsourced, you cannot learn much on site. And don't believe them when they say they will assign you projects in the office itself. And they say timings are flexible but it is not you can only avail flexible timings once or twice in a month but not more than that. They have a very worst politics going on in the office and the workplace is toxic.

Work culture is not good enough,means If you are freshers it is quite good opportunity to learn and grow But for some experience Engineer not good enough to learn and grow

Company main work is outsourcing the people. They won't hesitate to send you to bombay on the same salary and only oay 350 per day in convenience charge and 200 per hour for Overtime.. Don't increase the salary and if you face any problem they won't help you. Even after serving 2 montgs notice period won't pay the full and final amount. Harass people.

On time salary Payment. Work life balance is average. Not like Other startups.

No working Culture. Will learn nothing. Your carrier will be spoiled. Recently they change there Notice Period to 60 Working days i.e. Near about 3 months. They forcing the existing employees to obey that. They sent the mail regarding policy change at the same day the policy will be applied from.
