Company main work is outsourcing the people. They won't hesitate to send you to bombay on the same salary and only oay 350 per day in convenience charge and 200 per hour for Overtime.. Don't increase the salary and if you face any problem they won't help you. Even after serving 2 montgs notice period won't pay the full and final amount. Harass people.

Enjoying working here for 2+ years, a lot of learning and research with nice colleagues. Work Culture is very good and all of the staff are cooperative.

International relocations opportunities should be available for maximum employees. Getting Salary on time is a huge benefit here, We are happy!

...e to learn, but you can get used to laziness and not learning while on training. The salary they pay is good. But it associated with risk.

If you're not outsourced or assigned any projects (which is very rare in the company) you will get fired or forced to resign without any notice period. And the Internal politics is terrible, and it is hard to get projects if you're not a people pleaser. Mostly they will try to outsource you, and if you're outsourced, you cannot learn much on site. And don't believe them when they say they will assign you projects in the office itself. And they say timings are flexible but it is not you can only avail flexible timings once or twice in a month but not more than that. They have a very worst politics going on in the office and the workplace is toxic.

... outsourcing company. 2. Work-life balance is very bad if you are outsourced. 3. Initial salary will be very low or may be less than your current salary.
