The Director is very understanding. He paid staff March salaries, and kept some staff in operations just for take away orders. The rest were sent home on compulsory leave. The President of Kenya on 8th June 2020 allowed for some Restaurants selling booze to operate between 0400hrs -2100hrs. This has partially brought hope and life to staff who were really suffering due to lack of government support. We hope things will get better after a month's extended curfew and lockdown. I can positively say the company has one of the best policies, job security and overall humane approach when it comes to dealing with staff.

Dislikes

It can't be said to be a dislike but long working hours is a common practice with such Bistros set up.
