Absolutely nothing. If you want a good growth, salary and benefits don't join this company. They are already losing a ton of money so it won't be surprising to see it closed soon.

The management is arrogant and will only listen to their C level ego suits sitting atop. No vision for the company and CEO should probably start a tech startup since he has no clue about media industry.

I used to work from 7am to 11PM and 7 days a week. Upper management has some favorite people they used to give importance to those people only. They choose there favorite employees not on the basis of their work but on the basis of how they butter upper management. Work life balance was the worst.

I interviewed for the video editor role for branding. I was made to do a daily new feature video as an assignment even though it was for a different team. After submitting it, they said they don't need me daily they want me in the brand and gave a big project as my assignment which really took a lot of effort and time. A week later they set me up for the final interview with the founder who was interviewing me for the daily videos and hadn't seen the brand video on which I put tons of effort. The worst part is the brand head, is so ignorant that he himself hasn't checked my assignment. The process was a joke. Why expect a candidate to give such a big assignment if you are simply not going to check it. The HR later ghosted me not responding to my emails for updates.

* The HR took literally weeks to communicate and ghosted in the end. * I have friends in this company and they all say how bad the management is here. I was told even video editors are expected to write quality scripts in the name of growth.

Great work culture. Loved the team, awesome learning experience. Everyone is super helpful and everyone works towards creating impact. A genuinely nice bunch of people to work with.

Dislikes

Processes are still raw because they're a startup. There can be changes in strategy, the leadership can do a better job at communicating these. However, it is a small team and they are doing a lot, so i can understand.
