It's work from home and for the office employees they provide best healthcare and celebrate all festival..... I am saying this because along with work, enjoyment is also important which motivates the employees to work. It's provided Saturday and Sunday week off and provide EL also.

I'm working from August 2022 my starting salary was 15k something but still I didn't get appraisal and On the contrary, my salary has decreased. This is the first time I have seen such a rule. This is very disappointed ☹️.

Likes

Fresher can learn from the workload they give to them. Sometimes they can learn how to manage big tasks and sometimes they can learn how to ignore senior scoldings.

Dislikes

Less salary increment. Talking about office, office senior staffs are very rude. Hr department is only for Name they don't do anything. Office toilets are dirty just like a road side public toilet. No cultural parties or outings are organised by Hr or company.

I wanted challanges and my manager is giving it to me. Super nice managers and good work culture!

Bit of a work life balance issue since sometimes its client requirement that we cant avoid but overall I'm having a good time here!

The head of Finance dept is worst human.She sits late and wanted staff to also sit late in midnight without any work only for her gossips.Takes the dept people to coffee breaks for bitching about others.unprofessional and egostic person.And if u say no to stay back she vl starr taunting you and insults u.Its a big problem which the company needs to solve.

They are putting a lot of pressure on meeting timelines. The upper-level manager does not discuss the project work with the development team and sets their own timeline, placing additional pressure on developers to complete the work, even on weekends
