This Company was Very good And i had a good relation with my seniors the Boss of the company was also very good i have learn a lots of things here and i have developed my skill very well here and now i am looking for more knowledge and experience

After Senior Partner Death - Late Mr. Jayesh Thar - Work Culture is terribly bad. All Big Clients are leaving because of Other Partner - his Son Mr. Vivek Thar is not at all co-operative. Instead he is not looking his practise but hiring CAs and getting his work done which is very bad.

Thar and Co is having very big clients and mis size firm but as mentioned above its work culture is very poor after death of Senior Partner.
