There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not new joiners

Bank job hai to target nahi hota hai... lekin calling dept. Me kaam karna hai to some targets there... pasand aata hai ki Hume time to time nikale milta hai as per pvt job... and bank ke dept. Se bohot kuch sikhane milta hai... PF, ESIC & Maternity leave bhi hai...

Hum sub contract pe rehete hai. As per work salary average hoti hai... permanent Wale hum se hi kaam karvate hai...

I got plenty of support from my ABM but apart from that nothing is likeable about working there.

Dislikes

Work timings, sometimes you have to visit branch on holidays too, no support from colleagues, too much internal politics, toxic co-workers and working environment in general.
