Job Security- It is like a permanent government job if you are a good performer. Your performance are appreciated and recognized. Work Culture- Very good working culture and environment. You can enjoy your work without any burden. Management and company policy- Management is good and supportive but some policies needs to be improved in favor of the employees. Like rewards and recognition activities should be increased to appreciate the good performer. My special thanks and gratitude to Director of the company Dr. saroj Kumar, who always supported me and appreciated my work. He is really a good boss who always try to maintain good working culture and always thinks about the well being of the employees.

Dislikes

Everything is good about this company but starting salary structure should be improved and revised. Appraisal and salary increment should be fair. During my tenure I find that sometimes appraisal were given on the basis of favoritism. As an HR you can give suggestions only but all the decisions are centralised. Slow career growth if you spent much time here. At my position there is not much learning and innovation.

have been working in Thakur Publication since 27 September 2017, if I ask about the company Jai then I will say that so far my experience in the company has been very good. All the members there are of very good opinion, be it my account department or any other department, I express my gratitude to one of the people who made me a part of their family thanku Saroj sir

There is one thing in Thakur Publication that I do not like, that is the management of the company. There have been many times in which management has faced a lot of trouble, but for the last few years, efforts are being made to take the management in a right direction from the side of the company, and I hope that in a few months This will be corrected.

First of all, I want to say that thakur publication is the best company in the publishing& education industry. And the quality of books content is superb,awesome for MBA,bba,bca,bcom,b& dpharm etc students. When I was in mba I generally preferd thakur publication books. And secured good marks in university exam. I will ever be grateful to thakur publishers. As a mba student- books is awesome. I have no words to express the quality of thakur books. As a employee I'm working since 1.2 yr. I learned lots of things in my professional career like how to talk with principal,hod,md or director of the college. Company's culture is best. You r free to take your own marketing decisions.
