Nothing to like about this school

Dislikes

Worst school ever.There is politics right from principal till peon.Negative environment for teachers Less salary,less growth,rubbish rules made on the spot,hard working teachers are not appreciated ,those who butter the heads are given more importance.Appreciation notes from parents go unnoticed.Do not provide enough stationery.Non teaching staff are treated badly.Management,admin employees are too rude.

Likes

There are few students so it's easy to focus on them. Good use of technology in the school.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Hire and fire is the main policy. Salary is low and is cut for vague reasons. There are no proper HR policies. Rules are made up on the spot. There is no desire for further growth or expansion by the Management.

The institute is open to innovation and readily adopts new ideas and technology. They take good care of the students needs. Has got an amazing infrastructure.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I received appreciation notes from parents but they went unnoticed at times.

Honestly, there is no security when working under someone.. irrespective of the company.. the only one to not let go of you in tough times is You.. hence, best to become as much self reliant as possible and focus on financial planning..
