TRCAC does not have healthy work environment at all, a lot of work politics is there, Principal o the college favor's only to his friend, not to them who work sincerely, Principal make manipulative notices to represent in front of Management.

They don't give Job security, all higher authorities are biased, worst work environment. worst work place.

Good work capture and planning full program in all stream and good infrastructure for staff as well as students.

Dislikes

Everything is good except the Authorities who look after day to day working of the institution.and they must rule and give justice equally to all people like Teaching as well as Non teaching staff.

There is lot of insecurity at present. Work culture is ok, now we are all coping with the present situation. Management is trying their best to retain staff.

I could not cope up with the transformation of college from being academic to only policy driven
